Our research on food design was specially directed to projects which are playing with food in different and exciting ways.
We found some interesting works of designers and artists like Minale Maeda – Rotterdam, Carlo Giovani – Sao Paulo, Martí Guixé – Barcelona, Flachbild – Köln,
Katja Gruijters – Amsterdam. At the end we created a book. Additionally our own work in food design is showing ideas and thoughts about handling food.
